We want you to be happy with your order. Please read this short policy before requesting a return.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition of items

Because lenses and eye-care products are hygiene-sensitive, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging. Opened or used items, and free gifts, cannot be returned.

Wrong, damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we will replace it or refund it in full.
